Sweet Tea Event

More than 60 people attended the most recent Sweet Tea event at Highland Oaks Golf Club with cardiologist Nelson Gwinn III, MD. Dr. Gwinn spoke about things that make the heart flutter, besides love.

Lori Lindsey from the Heart & Vascular Center and Debra Stringer of the Southeast Regional Screening Program shared materials with guests. The next Sweet Tea event is scheduled for Thursday, May 2 with vascular surgeon William Veale Jr., MD. Dr. Veale's message will be: "Don't let good health be in vein, get a leg up on going to the beach." The event will include models showing off the latest swimwear from the Women's Center Boutique.
